- The payment link is valid for 5 minutes only.
- Please ping us only when you are ready to pay — this ensures your slot is fresh and secure.
Cancellation
- No cancellation of booking is permitted once confirmed.
- No refund will be issued under any circumstances.
- No transfer of booking to another date or person.

- Rooms are on the 2nd floor.
- No lift — staircase access only.
- Self-service luggage — no bellboy service available.

If you are travelling with heavy luggage or with senior citizens who cannot climb stairs, please consider this before booking. We want you to have a comfortable stay.

- Housekeeping timings: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM.
- No cleaning on check-in day.
- Consumption & cooking of food is NOT allowed inside hotel premises and rooms.

Strictly No Cooking / Food Consumption in Rooms
Cooking inside the room, balcony, or any area of the property is strictly prohibited. If food is consumed inside the room, a penalty of ₹3,000 may apply. Please use the beach shacks, restaurants, and cafés nearby — that's the real Goa experience.
💧 Facilities
- RO drinking water available at reception (self-service).
- Power backup for lights & fan only (AC may not run on backup).
- AC fixed at 25°C — no remote provided. Please do not adjust.
- Limited parking — available at owner's risk. Hotel is not responsible for any vehicle damage or theft.
- No restaurant inside the hotel.
