300 sq ft · 4 Real Beds · Equal Comfort for Everyone
No folding mattresses on the floor. No "one person sleeps on the couch". Every guest in this room gets a proper single bed with the exact same comfort as the others.
Many budget hotels that advertise "4 beds" actually mean 2 beds + 2 floor mattresses. Here's what that usually looks like:
Our Family Room with 4 beds is designed with one simple principle: when 4 people split the cost, all 4 should get the same experience. No "who gets the bed?" drama. No folding mattress squeezed between two beds. No one sleeping on the floor.
At 300 sq ft, the room comfortably fits four proper single beds — each with its own mattress, pillow, and linens. Whether you're a family of 4, two couples travelling together, or a group of friends on a Goa trip, everyone gets a real bed and the same comfort.
Every one of the 4 beds in this room is a real single bed — not a floor mattress, not a rollaway, not a sofa. Each guest enjoys the same mattress quality, same pillow, and same space. Because fair is fair.
Preset to a comfortable 25°C — cool enough for 4 guests to sleep well, energy-efficient enough to be practical.
